Problem? Realistically men can use half the money they control to buy poon thus eliminating the need for letting teh wimmenz control the money and the poon. That is unless some huge uniting of the female population agrees to not trade poon for money but that is unlikely. So therefore, not gonna happen.
 
the only solution is to skip the poon part.
