Well I am few years late on this thread, but all females have emails. If they didn't get an email from hotmail, gmail or whatever, they have one from their college or school or whatever.

But other than that, I used to be a tech in my campus and i fixed all kinds of computers in the dorms. And guess what, I never found pr0n on them, except the wallpapers have sexy pics. Thats it!!!

For instance, computers use it to allow me to surf porn, chat on forums such as this one and to shop on Amazon.
