You young guys would be much better off if you would stop getting emotionally involved with women who are too damn young. You guys are mostly idealistic pussys that think love is all sticky sweet and forever....it is not, be careful or they will end up with half your stuff.

There is a simple rule to follow with women. If you are young hang around with them all you want and get as much play as you can but don't get attached. Most women are not worth a crap until they are 26. Why you ask is the majic number 26? Simple....by then, if still single, they are out of school, have played out all their evil little fantasies, crushed the hearts of enough men that the thrill is gone, have had their hearts crushed at least once so now they "understand", they have lived on their own long enough to know what the real world is all about and understand the necessity of budgetting, and the most important part.....they finally realize they are not the only one in the world with a damp spot between their legs.

Holy crap that's awesome.

That is some awesome advice!

I agree. It needs a sticky, and needs to go into the ATOT YAGT FAQ.

Don't try too hard to change, just wait a few years. I agree about the age 26 thing. < 26 - women are only looking guys who will entertain them. If you're a no-nonsense type who avoids idle chit-chat, you're going to be perceived as boring and not given a second look. > 26 - assuming you have a steady job, you're suddenly husband-material, because they see their friends settling down and having kids and they want their mate to be a provider. My crass $0.02

Women do get pickier in their 20's, for example many want someone who's at least a certain height, a certain eye color as well as hair, and drives a certain car (either brand or price range). Many of my single friends who are female are like this, and attractive. Want to know what perpetuates this BS? Our media, like magazines or TV shows who teach women not to "settle". Many are too scared to take a chance on something that constitutes them "settling", and put in their requirements on match.com or whatever dating agency and come up with few to no matches.

Then they hit 30 and wonder why they're still single. Only then they realize they had better relax their "requirements" or they'll be an old, single maid forever.
