The $0.77 stat is just a stat to rile up the morons incapable of critical thought (hello leftists, that means you). $0.77 means nothing out of context. Without an accurate analysis of how much each person works, what career choices they make, what their dedication to the job is, how effective they are at their job, how long they remain in their job etc etc etc etc, you can't draw any conclusions based on the pay level.

Funny how all those evil corporations act all corporationy and pay people the least amount possible, but at the same time supposedly hire men when they can hire women to do the same job for just $0.77 on the dollar LOL @ idiots who believe that tripe.
