Woman with British accent = beguiling

Women always talk about how sexy men with British accents are. I've noticed recently how charming and beguiling some women with British accents are. I find Emma Watson's voice (Hermoine from Harry Potter) very intriguing. (Yes, I know she's young--I'm talking about her voice.) Nessa from Las Vegas has a pretty sexy voice as well. Do they have accents from a specific area of England which I find particularly attractive? Not all British accents do it for me.
 
I concurr that certain British accents are sexy. Elizabeth Hurley especially when she has that little high-pitched crack emphasizing something (watch Austin Powers 1), it makes me melt.
 
Depends where they're from. it used to be that different parts of the same city would have different accents, nevermind different regions of thr country.

This is quickly changing though, as people don't always die where they're born anymore...

I caught the tail end of it when wife was watching it.
 
I dated an English woman for a coupla years, and I would do it again. The English have kind of a different take on things, IMO, that is more than their accents.
 
Yeah, English, Irish and Spanish/Latino (like Salma Hayek...not J-Lo wannabes) are hot accents on women....and French and Italian to a lesser degree.
