I disagree with all you people. A Kohl's shopping cart back flipped on me and cut my whole thigh off. I had to have 58 stitches. I have a scar at least 8 x 6 inches. My doctor thought I was cut by a guillotine. I couldn't image how that cart did this to me. Until my husband went to look at the cart and the wheel had a very sharp blade over it. To my amazement, when I was taken out by ambulance, holding my calf onto my body, the store manager asked it I wanted to put the clothes on hold that were in my cart.

To mothers of little children, keep your children away from Kohl's shopping carts. If that blade could cut off my thigh, just imagine what it would do to a child.

Read the article in the OP. The wheels were shown to lock up and flip the cart.

Totally consistent with the injury she described.
