I'll bet it's just another lawsuit scam. So-called ex-bf is just conspiring with her effort to milk a big company. Hope she gets caught.

This is being done a lot lately and since more and more cases are succeeding at the lower levels it will only take packing the higher courts with liberal judges to allow them succeeding in the higher courts.
As for deleting profiles... Yahoo! will not delete anything if you don't know the ID, password, "secret answers", and DOB. I created an email account to be used in playing a game and forgot about it until Yahoo! changed the rules and began forwarding spam to the alternate email address. I found the Yahoo account name but couldn't remember the password. Yahoo reps said they would not delete the account since I could not prove I was the owner.
When I mentioned that everything had been remembered but the DOB they warned me that invalid DOB's would result in the account being closed. ROFL. I instantly said, well it is not the valid DOB. She declined to delete the account.
It is still open over 5 years later even though it is not being used.
