All I can say to Ms. Frankhouser is: Please turn in your driver's license and withdraw your voter registration. You are clearly unqualified to do either activity.

How in the world did she ever cross a public street without getting killed? There aren't any signs there, either!

If she had grounds to think that the tracks might have been decommissioned, than she might have a case.

i think a train moving towards you and making LOUD NOISES is sufficient cause to conclude that the tracks are not decommissioned
