did you miss the part about how she was 8 hours from a hospital? nurses dont come from little fairies that are summoned on call from anywhere you want. they have to drive the 8 hours as well.

stitched the wound with a sewing needle and cotton thread, the
mother and baby were transferred and treated by Valle and his
