A motorist soon stopped and let the victim use a cell phone but refused to give her a lift.

The victim used the phone to call one of the women who abandoned her, Cannella said.

Not the cops. Not an ambulance. Not a friend a that didn't leave her somewhere to freeze to death. This woman is apparently crazy and thus the motorists did the right thing not letting a crazy lady in his car.
