Well the burbs would say that Chicago should be its own county at least. Periodically the one of the 'burbs threatens to start its own country and then Chicago threatens to cut off their lake water and suspend emergency services. Lots of fun.

Two, the woman needs to be drawn and quartered in the town center. Driving below the speed limit in the left lane is a crime punishable only by the harshest of treatments. Fuck her.
