Do you think this woman has a case? I would definitley think so (even though I'm not wild about Gloria Allred her lawyer who has a hatred for men I think).

Maybe. We are, after all, only receiving her side of the story. If the Employer said "Your breasts are too big, you can't work here any more." Then yes, she does have a case. But if they said "Cover up your breasts" then no, she doesn't have a case. While it isn't beyond the realm of possibility, I kind of find it hard to believe the former is really what occurred.

We're getting one side, and the fact that the man hater politically correct nutcase Allred is involved makes me highly skeptical of the merits of her case. If it really is something that blatant, then yes, she has a case... but we just don't know anything about what actually happened. For all we know she's a man hating crazy just like Allred and has been a problem in the workplace until they finally had enough and canned her.

So far I have seen zero proof that she was fired for the reason she claims she was, and I sincerely doubt that her story as presented in that video comprises the entire truth of the situation.

Of course she should be fired... She's using the psychological aspect of her female-ness to distract the employees from their duties... OMG, ain't it obvious? She should be attired in a burlap sack with one of them face covers so to obviate the distraction...
We all know that Men can't control their minds beyond the itty bit they demand during Monday Night Football... It is all about Eden and the apple (probably a naked Eve) and that men are genetically predisposed to procreate at the inkling of a suitable female and what more predisposition can there be than a breast sneaking about inside the clothing of a good looking female... Get a clue... Employers have a responsibility to insure this biological travesty is harnessed....

Why are you talking as if I am not here? Yes, I may post articles from the same source sometimes. Geez, is that ok? I think I used two from the same source and one from AOL.
