rh, I usually agree with you, but since when is it an offense to mouth off to a cop in a non-hostile way?
its not an offense to mouth off a cop, but you shouldn't even if they are wrong. cops can give you a hard time just because they can.
for example in houston, we have a metro rail which basically uses an honor system that you pay before u get on. a month or so ago, hpd started to check and they found a lady without a pass. anyhow they told her to get off and pay for her pass and she can ride, not a big deal right? but then, the stupid b1tch goes mouthing off to the cops which made them do a background check, and they found out that she had warrants out for her arrest. so they ended up cuffing her and taking her in. moral: just let the cops do their job any way (within reason) they see fit, otherwise they will come up with some b1tcha$$ sh1t just to give you a hard time.
