Why would I give an ex a key? And if I did give someone a key, I would make sure to have my locks changed if I didn't want them in anymore. But that is different. It's actual property damage there.

This person is being charged as if they hacked it seems, and that's what I have a problem with. There was no hacking involved. She was given access. She used it inappropriately, but there was no damage to person or property so I don't see how a 5 year/5K fine is even a remote possibility. That is why I say there is no crime here.
 
Hahah, this is ridiculous. I misread the topic at first thinking that she killed her real life husband over the game...that might be taking things a little too far imo.

sounds fake, one of those articles to fill in the gaps for boring days. no names were given, and its so ridiculous the charges, id probably laugh my ass off in trial if I was being charged for this
 
What's even worse is Travian. You spend months developing your armies and resources only to be wiped out by somebody with more power and stronger alliances. More often then not, the winners are Romanians who are able to keep secretive communications, on other servers, away from their enemies and allies prying eyes.

I spent way too much time on this game.
