This is where I put my liberal hat in my back pocket, nothing raises my hackles more than a professional mooch, and that's exactly what this woman is.

You should not work in the disability business then, or your liberal hat may stay there. I won't go so far as to say most people are consciously gaming the system, but I do think we as humans tend toward dependency, and many people, deserving or not, want to replace their parents with Uncle Sam.

She is precisely the type of person who gives anyone on public assistance a bad name. Someone who has NEVER held a single job her entire life, never once contributed a single cent in taxes, a complete and utter waste of carbon.

The law will disagree with me perhaps depending on the real facts, but I don't feel the hospital owes her anything, if she wants another little Manuel she can adopt - (somehow I doubt she'd be approved by any adoption agency).

On top of all of this, the social conservative pro-lifers encourage this behavior (more money for their "pregnancy centers". They will completely deny it of course.
