ummm basicly my question is, how do i use WOL??

i have two computers networked together with cat5 X-over cable, both running XP.
both have WOL nic's & MoBo's that support them, both of their cables are plugged into the MoBo WOL connector
the network work fines.

so i am all set, but dunno how to apply this technology.
how do i 'wake up' the other computer??

any advice would be appreciated
