Wohhooo... Radeon 9500 to 9700 Pro hack worked

Thanks to my buddy Radeon (funny name confidence) my 9500 looks and acts just like a 9700Pro now.

Anyway... you're pretty lucky... success rates for 9500 > 9700 have gone down to ~20%... most of those cards are 9700s that did not pass testing.

hehe congrats to you. I got a Newegg refurb 9500 and it turned into 9700 just fine!, I've ran a quick 3DMark and it gave 4130 marks. Not bad, since it was paired with 1800+.
