When I'm using internet explorer whenever I move my mouse (while its got black text on a white background mainly), the edges of my screen go crazy, as if my mobiles going. I'm using a Belinea 106030 and an elsa geforce mx. Any idea. I've tried changing my graphics setting and nothing changes. Its only happening in Internet Explorer. Any ideas?

I think he means when his cell is going off, when my cell is close to the screen and rings my screen goes all fuzzy and wavey near the edges.

Seems like you have interference.....see if you can move your mouse cable away from the monitor. You might also want to increase the IO voltage and see if that helps. Sometimes if a motherboard is not sending enough power to the video card, you will experience your symptoms.

The exciting title helps get some input to the thread. I think I'll do the IE reinstall and check all cables again. Its a bit weird thugh only in IE and only when the cursor passes black text.
