Can see how some can not see it.

I like it.

Is that the excuse you use when you run the red light?

At first, I was like wtf that was no illusion, they just made it black and white, then I watched it again and realized that for a second, it's in color because of the illusion. Awesome 😀.

Made what black and white? It stays orange/blue until the entire dialog about how I tricked myself came up...but I didnt...

Are we watching the same video here?

Yeah. Something is screwed up with the video on that page. It never changes to b&w, it just stays orange & blue.

However, if you download the video and play the downloaded file it seems to work.

Go figure.

Pretty cool, but I still like this illusion (nothing is moving on that page....print it out if you don't believe me, it'll do the same thing). If you print this, I don't know if it works in black and white.

Edit: Guess you don't actually have to print it....just focus in on one part you think is moving. When focused you'll see it isn't moving at all!!

If you squint the image appears to stop. Open your eyes and the motion kicks into high gear.
Neat.

Peace

Hmmmm... about 20 minutes from now it'll be done downloading and I can experience this too...

Grrrr, I hate dial-up! And yet another thread earlier made me realize that direcway isn't a viable option either.

It's just an extension of the old color trick kids do in elementary school. Stare at some color blocks for a while, then look away and you see their negatives over a black background or something like that. Only in this case, the negatives of the first picture are the actual colors of the castle, so your brain lays the colors over.
