Everytime I restart or shutdown my comp, I get a BSOD that says:

A Driver is attempting to access memory beyond the end of allocation

WMIINFO.SYS Stop" 0x000000D6

I have tried diabling WMIINFO.SYS in services and I still get a crash...

Anyone know what this is and/or how to fix it?

Most common cause for that error is a bad pagefile, but can
also be cause by a Bad Ram Module or corrupted driver.

What OS?

Describe the system in as much detail as you can.

Thx for the reply:

This is my system:

WINXP Home SP2
Athlon XP 3200+
Gigabyte GA-7N400 Mobo
1 GB PC2100 Ram
WD SATA 74 GB HDD
Audigy Gamer
MSI Geforce 5600 Ultra AGP

All drivers are current... 66.81 video, Nforce 5.10, etc.

Also, I forgot to mention that I swear it started after I installed the utilities from the Mobo manufacturer's OEM CD.
Of course, I uninstalled them, and still get the prob..
