Combo was 26.95 shipped for me. I chose the cheapest option. It shipped the same day and company seems to have high marks from Google shopping.

yeah you don't need the ir blaster or reciever to use it on an xbox 360. any mce remote will work on a 360. HP has these "expresscard" sized credit card remotes that also work (you can find them on ebay for like $5-6 shipped sometimes

Seems like all the WMC remotes are pretty much exactly the same. First class mail shipping was $5 for just the remote for me, thought about it, but I have about the same now.
