Does anyone know of any good resources for WMA audio files? I am looking for a utility to create the files or a utility to convert mp3s to WMA files. I am not sure if this is possible, I have just read that WMA files can have CD-quality sound while using about half as much space as mp3s.

they have a beta encoder 4 windows media player 8.
