I disagree. There is a product on the market called Powerscribe. It is made for physicians to use for digital dictation. It does real-time voice recognition as well as responds to commands. Granted, it is expensive, and the processing hardware comes in a handheld microphone for $500, but it is still available if you want it.
i meant real voice commands. like if i ask my computer to "copy all picture files containing jessica alba to the thumb drive",...it does it. more complex commands and stuff, not dictation.
