Can someone name some good WLAN Security practises / Security Methods

The Do's and Dont's would be greatly appreciated as I'm building my first one , for a small firm . They are running a Win 2000 AD Domain with D.Link Wireless Equipment . Roaming Security Tips would be great boost as some users have notebooks , and knowing these users I'd prolly think that they would want roaming capabilities.

Any security Related Advice would really be appreciated

you could also buy some radius style software, which would greatly secure your network!
