I would forget putting on animal parts and perfect what I already have (so I could live forever 🙂)

I think it would be pretty cool in incorporate the olfactory sensors and brain section responsible from a dog to my sniffer. Imagine the smells!

Next I would add some cones and rods from some species that can see ultraviolet and infrared light. That could make everything look interesting.

hell, I'd just get new rods and cones period so I can see what a normal human sees.
damn color deficiency.... not seeing all colors really kind of sucks. takes away some of the beauty of the world. I say, if they ever can fix this problem, the first couple days of seeing colors as everyone else sees them, would probably be like on insane drug trip to my mind. I am SO ready for this! 🙂

Yes, either that or the eyes of a hawk or something similar so I can get some binocular vision going.
 
Screw Animal Parts. I'd just enhance my own human physiology to the point where it would be equivalent and/or superior to anything nature's developed thus far. Telekinesis FTW!

The lungs of a bird (they "breathe" on both the inhale and the exhale, fresh air is unidirectional, as opposed to in and out like us)
 
after all this time, I was expecting someone to say 'tentacles' considering ATOT's fascination with them 😛
 
gills probably, and dolphins tail so i can kick micheal phelps' ass at fly kick underwater. if any of you seen the 200Freestyle final at the swimming world champs earlier this year you'll know what i am on about. to say vandenhoogenband was destroyed is an understatement.
