witch speaker the 2.1 logitech z-340 and save 10 bucks or the 5.1 DTT2200 or the Cambridge SoundWorks Desktop Theater 5.1 DTT2200? yes i can ONLY choose those two. ONLY. so don't suggest another cause i can ONLY choose those two. i would think the 5.1 but i wanted to ask.

and is the Sound Blaster Live x-Gamer a OKAY sound card? cause i am replacing it with my motherboard's almost borken one so i really don't care if its THAT good. cause my friend is selling his for like 2 bucks 🙂

I would go with the surround speakers, especially if you are a gamer. The Logitech's won't be able to immerse you into a game like a set of surround speakers can. And generally, Cambridge Soundworks speakers are solid.

okay, how about my sound card. i need a okay one for dirt cheap and my friend is selling is sound blaster live x gamer for like 2 bucks should i get it?

It's a steal for 2 bucks. But I don't believe all X-Gamers supported 5.1. All supported 4.1, but you needed the X-Gamer 5.1 to support 5.1 If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

2 bucks? even if it was no good, you could still get another card and only lost 2 bucks

get it before your friend changes his mind!

my brother has the z-340's. they are nice, but they're not 5.1, also remember good speakers should be used with good sound card, no point using amazing speakers with on board sound or something
