I'd like the games library to look more like the download areas - the long row of boxes in the 3d arrangement, not the cheap looking 2d list.
I would like a favorites or most used features tab. I wish I could just have it load up to my Video streaming folder so i dont have to scroll to video and select my computer as a source every time I turn it on.

oh, and the guide music player is crap, like someone said before. And I want to be able to change the colour and transparency of the virtual floor and the guide menu as well. One more thing, I'm not sure if it's already possible(If it is. How?), but I would like to see how many achievements I've got from all of my games.

Another one: better DVD upscaling. We recently switched from using the PS3 for DVD playing to the 360's HD-DVD drive. Why? I was tired of always yanking out DVDs from my PS3 when I wanted to play games, and I was willing to pay $40 for the privilege. This is working out nicely, but the 360's upscaling is not nearly as nice as what the PS3 provides. "Mediocre" is the best I can say for it, and I know the 360 has the processing power to do much better. I don't expect Oppo 983H-esque results, but "reasonably close to the PS3" is a good place to aim.
Bonus points: let us use our Zunes as a memory card. If that means walling off some space on it, no big deal.

Heck, let us use our Zunes as HDs in general. This should be a no-brainer for MS. It would probably drive up sales on the Zune, sales on the Zune Marketplace, the Music Pass, etc. It wouldn't make me buy a new one (just got a 120 for Xmas) but I'll bet someone considering an upgraded drive purchase might very well go that route instead of buying the drive.
I want something like Home where you could hang with your party while you change game or wait for someone to log on, maybe watch some pictures and videos from different games like Halo 3 or Forza 2.

- Already mentioned, but the ability to set "My Xbox" as the default would be nice, and I like the idea of a Favorites or frequently used tab as well. Maybe a Favorites tab that gives you the option of manually configuring or having it get populated with the things you use most over time.

I want to be able to use my own hard drive. Just release an update that allows any HDD and a new HDD case that allows any sATA drive.

I'd like to hear one or two good reasons from the pro-browser people though as to why the XBox NEEDS one. Honestly, I can't think of a good reason, but maybe there actually is? I'm just curious, as I love using the media stuff on mine so far, its a damn fine machine.

yeah that would be cool... I suppose they don't let you put any picture you want as an avatar because people would probably put porn. A browser would be cool too and speeding up the damn thing. I shouldn't have to clear the cache just to speed speed it up

well saying as I just got the chat pad and started using MSN on my xbox the only thing that I get up from it to do is browse the web for FAQs and strategies.
it really clicked "wow I have a kb, controller, internet, all this but no web browser"
its like the last thing the xbox needs imo to be perfect

I want to be able to auto-login to my account as 'appear offline'.

Turning on "auto-play disc" means that my console is going to start the disc when I put it in. That's not what I want, even if it gets me starting on "my xbox".
