Wisdom Teeth: When to brush?

AgentZap

I just got 4 wisdom teeth yanked Fri and I am hating the nasty feeling in my mouth. When is it ok to brush or maybe use listerine or some stuff like that

a whole week without brushing? (i'm curious because i'll have to get mine out soon enough).

how do you keep your teeth clean/breath fresh/whatever for a week?

While we are on it I have instructions from the dentist to rinse with salt water for this next week. What does saltwater do?

i dont know, i just got them out on thursday. My guess is that it relives some of the pain, as in when you gargle with salt water when you have a sore throat. This suks though, i can't do anything because my cheeks are so swolen and its irritating like hell.

Depending on how serious the procedure was you can probably brush within a day or two. At least brush the teeth that are not too close to the affected areas.
