I have an old power supply; 235 watt unit. It works fine as long as its plugged into an old system I have. I want to know what I need to do to turn or activate it without being it plugged in to the motherboard. What I plan to do is use the 12v rail to supply a car radio for my workshop. Does anyone know where I can find a schematic for the wiring of the 20 pin connector or have the schemaltic? Any and all help are appreciated

I jumpered the green to one of the black terminals but my power supply only give 11 volts. when I checkthe voltage while the 20pin was plugged into the motherboard I get a full 12 volts. What does the green wire do or come from? would the green wore need to be grounded through a resistor? If so what would you recommend?
