Product- Antec/Kuhler H2O 920 Liquid CPU Cooler...

I am confused on the cables...what to connect where...

What I have available on my Asus P8P67 MB:
*4 pin/male labeled 'CHA_fan1'
*4 pin/male labeled 'cpu_fan'
*3 pin/male labeled 'pwr_fan2'

Cables from the Kuhler 920:
*2 fan cables that connected to the 2 fans on the radiator= OK
*cable with 3 pin female connector
*cable with 5 pin female connector

The directions say:
*Connect pump power cable to motherboard
*Connect USB cable to motherboard

Look at photos in link please...
http://benchmarkreviews.com/index.p...sk=view&id=721&Itemid=62&limit=1&limitstart=1

Which is which, and what goes where... and do I need some adaptors to get this all connected?

Sorry for not knowing this...

My 620 uses 2 connectors on the motherboard, youre fine putting a 3 pin female onto a 5 pin male, just use the little bracket on there to guide it. That's how mine is set up.

The 5 pin female from the Kuhler 920 cooler is supposed to go to the usb header on the MB. But, that is full except for the 4 pin male for the warning speaker... can I put it there?

no, the usb is for control and feedback and the speaker jack will not function in that way, you'll have to unplug one of your usb headers if you don't have a free one.

assuming you have the plan jane p8p67, there should be 3 blue jacks at the bottom edge of your board you could use. if you case is like mine, you'll only have 2 of them connected to the front ports. you should have a free header to use. Just read your manual to verify what I just said.

also, don't plug the cooler into the fan jacks, there is a good chance it will draw too much power with the pump and fans all using the same power source on the motherboard. Just plug that into the power supply directly. It was stated as such in the review you linked to. there should have been an adapter included with the cooler.

I have the P8P67-D (in 'sig'):)

I don't have a free USB header to use...what could I unplug to free one up?

For power, you said "also, don't plug the cooler into the fan jacks, there is a good chance it will draw too much power with the pump and fans all using the same power source on the motherboard. Just plug that into the power supply directly."

I don't think I have an adapter to do that...

Kuhler said I could plug power in to the cpu_fan jack. I have many usb2/3 ports on top front exterior of this case....which I won't use...so I disconnected that from MB usb header, and then plugged in the Kuhler power usb there.... turning it on for first time in a few minutes.... if you hear a loud explosion coming from the East Coast of the US, it's not Bin Laden... it's my new comp build blowing up...
