GOAL:
need to be able to automatically, every 15min (or if there is the possiblity to make the changes as they are executed that would work too) or so, update an outlook calender to multiple phones of multiple types - blackberry, windows mobile & iphone. needs to run on a 2k8 server and needs to be extremely reliable. software needs to be able to go both ways so that a person w/ just a phone could make changes to the calender and then that info is transmitted to the main calender and then put out to the others.
i guess kind of a wireless, real-time activesync setup. all phones have internet access.

edit: need to add - data is sensitive, so would like to keep it all inhouse if possible....may scrap the idea as all somebody needs to do is lose a phone and there will be issues but i still need to know how it could be done if it is pushed onto me
