Wireless Router: Can I use my exisiting NIC?

Hi,
I was wondering if I could use my PCI 10/100 nic card with a wireless router by plugging it into one of the switch ports on the router. The wireless router is mainly for laptops, but the router will be used with my desktop pc that has a standard nic card. Being as though I have no experience with wireless setups (wired only), I wanted to be sure. Is there a diiferent type of setup involved in this?

Thanks,

Diz

Yep, thats why those ports are on the router. You can hard wire a number of computers as well as have some connected wirelessly.
