I have a Plantronics Voyager Pro connected to my desktop at work via a Bluetooth USB adapter (class 2). Unfortunately, it seems to have a lot of problems with not being detected from time to time, and my customers occasionally have problems with hearing background static.
I'd really prefer to stay with a wireless headset, so that I can get up and look at another computer or grab something off the printer if needed. I'd also prefer to stay with a single ear piece, as a complete headphone-style headset will be too isolating.
What are my options? Again, I'm looking for something that will connect to my computer (Windows 7) as a normal audio input / output device, and something that DOES NOT use Bluetooth.
Thanks!
