I moved into my parents house and need to connect wirelessly to their SBC wireless router, which uses DSL service. I was planning on buying a pci card for my desktop pc and wanted to know which models support Vista 64 bit. The last adapter I bought only supported Vista 32 bit so of course the drivers that came with it my OS would not recognize.

I got this one and tried it last night and I could not get the drivers to install. When I went to device manager it labeled the device as a network controller instead of a wireless adapter but I assume it's due to the fact I could not get the drivers to install properly. I callled D-Link support and they told me it works with vista 64 so the tech guy told me to get another one to make sure which I am doing today. I have an Abit P35 mb so it should support this pci card right??

Sorry cannot help you with Drafting I have better thing that I can do with my money rather than support a "Klutzy semi-sub standard" that its only existence is to Milk the spending happy consumers. - - :(

Beside very especial unique situation an $80 Draft_N card does not provide any thing over $24 Edimax 802.11g.

Since I do not have such a Unique situation, I am quite happy with a Good 802.11g Wireless system. :D

Well you guys will probably lol at this but when I called D-Link support back for a second time after getting a replaced D-Link adapter since they told me to get another one thinking it was defective the tech lady told me I had to download the 64-bit drivers before installing the pci card, lol. I was like well why didn't you just say that last time I called!!!! errr stupid tech support gg D-link but at least their pci card kicks ass!!! Once I installed the driver and entered the network password it was connected to the internet in no time.
