Wireless Network Storage - SATA Drives?

hey guys - does anyone know if there is a product, for consumers, that let you put in a SATA drive, or two, in a wireless box to share over a network?

or at least, is there a box that lets you put in SATA drives that is connectable to a wired network router port, in order to share data over a network?
