Wireless Network Range

I am planning on creating a wireless network here at home. I have two computers in the garage office about 60ft away from my personal pc, so I planned on having the router out there. The router in question is a DLink Air 11mbps (had laying around), and I haven't purchased a wireless card yet. In ways of interference, I have about 3 walls and ~35ft of outside space. Do I stand much chance on being able to connect?

Only way to know for sure is try it. WiFi should have an effective range of 100m.
