wireless network quit working?

so I have a desktop in my room, cable modem connected to it, and also have a microsoft wireless router installed.

living room also has a desktop with a wireless network card

it has been working perfectly for a month or so and now, my pc in the living room does not detect my network.

when I click on view available networks, mine does not show up any more.

I look at my router and modem and everthing is working fine. all lights green, blinking perfectly.

anybody know whats going on?

Depends, do you have another wireless device to test with? If so see if it sees the network so you can either isolate the AP or the desktop. If the other device sees it then the desktop is the problem and you want to check into reinstalling drivers etc. If the other device doesnt see it then you have a problem with your wireless AP, either its not broadcasting its SSID or has other config problems.

Also, one other seemingly simple thing is to try rebooting all of your network equipment
