Wireless Network Problem

The other copmuter in my house is connected wirelessly to the network. The connection still works, but for some reason the connection is really slow, and this was never really a problem until a few weeks ago. The adapter is through the Netgear MA 101 usb box, the router is the Netgear MR314, and I have verizon DSL. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Also the signal strength and link wauly are above 70% which is normal
