wireless network cameras

I'm looking to buy a couple of network/IP cameras for my friend's office.

However, I want them wifi, since her office has a wifi network, and I don't want to run lots of Cat 6 cables to accommodate the cameras. These devices will run externally, to the shop front.

Are there brands/models that are solar-powered, and can store footage on the camera and can upload when wifi connectivity is established? I'm thinking of this arrangement since my friend's office wifi will not be on 24/7, and only is on during business hours.

I think that you would be a lot better off in the long run using wired cameras . They are much more reliable and if you used POE, you power them on/off along with the router ( from the same power strip ) .
