Wireless Mice

My wife uses a Logitech MC700 mouse, we both like the mouse very much. My MS optical (the oooold white ones, one of the first optical) is showing it's age so I decided to replace it. I looked at all the new laser mice, but the Logitech MX Revolutions are $99.99 at Best Buy and around $60 on Ebay. So, I looked around and found the MX700 (Logitechs old optical mouse, 2004ish I believe) on Ebay for $25 shipped/used. I figured I'd give it a try. I bought the mouse, he'll be shipping it tomorrow, but now it just dawned on me that there will be two wireless mice that are the exact same model in the room, somewhat close to each other. Does anyone think this will cause an issue? I don't want her controlling me in HalfLife deathmatch. 🙂 I wasn't sure if these mice or married to thier receiver somehow since these are a bit older. Any ideas? Otherwise I guess I'll find out soon.

I've ran two wireless mice before on two computers set side by side on desktop and never had a problem. I dont think you'll have a problem as long as one of you dont grab the wrong mouse by mistake and start using it.

Most current wireless rodents have 2 channels - A & B. If they are closer than about 9-10 feet, they may have to be on diffeent channels.
