Wireless Mice Lag

I have had the MS Intellimouse Explorer 2.0 for about 2 months now. I don't know if I might be a bit too picky, but do you guys think that there is a very very small lag. I am very sensitive to my mouse since my wrist had been hurt before. I set my mouse to accelerate very fast so that I don't have to make a lot of wrist movement. Compared to a wired mouse, this MS mouse lags sometimes. Am I crazy or too picky? If so, any other wireless mice perform like a wired ones?

Thanks

I have an MX700 myself, and the funny thing is when I first got it .. it had TONS of problems with lag.. it'd act all funny and screw up, I was just about to call and have it RMAed since it seemed hopelessly defective, but one morning...

I sat at my desk, started using it.. and OMG it was just as responsive as my wired mice, and so far that's kept going through reinstalls, etc.. might have been the crap driver I had before, but regardless, it's working really great now.

I'd say it's one of the best wireless mice out there, even if the buttons on the top center aren't designed too well.. If you think the size is too big (it was at first to me) -- then the v500 might be for you, and if not.. maybe the mx1000 (which well, scares me due to size)..

I didn't want an MS mouse for a few reasons.. 1. No charging cradle, 2. They're.. really weird looking

The response time on the mx700 is excellent.
When I switched from my corded mouse to my mx700, I couldn't tell the difference between them.

Thx. I will look into the MX series mice. So, nobody has any opinion on MS wireless mouse?

I'd have an opinion if I ever used one ;)

I think just about everyone I know with a wireless mouse has a Logitech one. There are several mx700 sets on my floor in the dorm.
