k so im goin to korea soon with some friends, if my friend brings his dell laptop, and i bring my g4 powerbook (new one with bluetooth) how can we wirelessly lan so we can play like.. starcraft together

i believe he has bluetooth also

I dont think this is really what bluetooth was designed for, i would do it over one of the 802.11a/b/g specs. Bluetooth to my knowledge was made for wireless devices not really as a medium for a network protocal.

You do not need a Wireless Router. You need a Wireless Client Card in each computer and you connect them Ad-Hoc.

just means peer to peer, computer to computer. There will be a setting in the cards driver or the utility that comes with it. They ship in infrastructure mode, looking for an Access Point. You must set them to Ad Hoc, and manually set the SSID so they match on both machine. You'll then need a network protocol installed and/or configured, generally TCP/IP. Bluetooth won't play a role in what your wanting to do.
