I recently bought a Logitech cordless Wave keyboard, and if I let my computer sit idle for a little bit, or if I start entering text in a webpage I just opened up, it will automatically insert a zero (0) in front of whatever I type. Sometimes it will go crazy and start spewing out zeros and will only stop if I hit the spacebar. The wireless dongle is connected to a hub on my desk about two feet from the keyboard, and the keyboard itself is on an underdesk keyboard tray. I mention that because while the desk is standard MDF, it has steel tube struts supporting the surface and I don't know if they could be interfering with the signal. Has anybody encountered anything like this? Do I have to plug the dongle directly into a USB port on my case? I'd rather not if possible because the case is on the floor and I'd hate to brush against the receiver and break it.
