i'm using a Linksys WRT54G and a Dlink DWL650, here's my problem, i can get on the internet just fine... but i can't see the rest of my network in my Network Neighbourhoods...

when i go to plug in an ethernet cable.. I see the LAN just fine... wtf is going on?

Sorry, I'm too tired right now to look up the model numbers of the hardware you listed. When you do your test (wireless/wired) are you using the same router, or are you using one of those routers as pure wireless, and the other for wired, and testing that way.

same router, thanx for the reply... thought my thread was dying

Check in Windows on the Wireless card and make sure that the Windows Firewall is not turned on for that connection. When you use your wired card since that is a separate network connection in windows if you are using SP or 2k, so the firewall might be off for it and that is why you are seing your network shares. Open network connections and right click on the one for the Dlink card and go to properties and then the advanced tab. Windows Firewall should not be checked. As it sits it will block all network shares unless you configure it. I use that same Dlink DWL-650 card on my laptop and shares all show up.

Hope this helps. Seen it cause a lot of your problem with so many systems I have had to troubleshoot.
