Wireless Internet in Canada

Does anyone know who supplies wireless internet in Canada? I don't want something that uses the phoneline for upload though, it has to be both up and down through the dish. Thanks 🙂

EDIT: I live about 1-1.5 hours from Toronto in Ontario
 
I think that is just for Bell Canada, which I could get, however, you need to keep your dial-up account, and use the modem for upload, which is too expensive and slow 🙁

Wouldn't it make more sense to move to the town near me that has DSL and Cable? 😉
