Here is my problem. I like to play computer Games and the wife likes to watch TV. And I like to get into my games.(the louder The better) Is there a way to I can use wireless headphones and turn my speakers off and on when I am not using them? Without plugging them in and out of the computer?

No. Unless you want to get a y-adapter so that the speakers and the headphones are both plugged into the same connection. But if they are plugged into the line out with the speakers then your headphone volume will be very low. If you have them both plagged into the headphone jack then the volume will be too load on the speakers.

Depends on your speakers. My Z-5500s plug into my sound card using the optical out while my headphones plug into my front panel audio 3.5mm jack. It currently works the way you envision it.
