it outputs at 1080p 60Hz. so no 3d since 3d requires 120Hz.
Also the intel WiDi and asus WiCast don't support 3d.

As for HDMI 1.4a... what device? I am not going to look it up right now, maybe later.

Why couldn't you just get a wireless hdmi adapter like this?

Costs $200, but you could use it on any card that outputs to 1080p hdmi.
From the sounds of it the integrated card doesn't do any better than 1080p anyways.
