How is it like to game using wireless B or G?
Is there a noticeable difference between a wired and wireless connection?
Thanks!

I play a lot of CS on a wireless connection. I don't see any extra latency. Maybe like 5ms-10ms extra at most.

I think wireless gaming was a problem but that's the past. As long as you have decent signal you shouldn't encounter any major issues.

As mentioned above wireless gaming might be a little slower than wired but as long as you have a good signal its not something thats going to cause you any serious worry.

Depends on what kinda games you are playing.
If you are going with hardcore FPS then go with wired if you can.
Wireless is great for getting rid of the cable, but it isn't as good as wired.

Well, the problem is that I am setting up a file server in a different room in the house so I'll be moving my modem and router right beside... which is away from my gaming rig :(

Well, I have a D-link "Extreme G" router... any suggestions on a good wireless G pci adapter?
