Wireless-g streaming to A/V receiver

What would you recommend to send audio (mainly) and video to a home theater? This looks nice but a little pricey. Also since it streams MP3s, can I assume it will stream internet radio alright?

That depends on its firmware and Windows PC "server" software.

If you give up on video, then wireless-B boxes are as cheap as $50-75 on closeout.
