Wireless For Xbox?

QUESTIONS:

1.) I want to hook up my Xbox Live to wireless. Are there any good quality devices for it running WEP?

2.) What speed do you recommend? Is 11mbps enough.......Would I be at a gaming disdvantage at 11mpbs? Or should I go 54 or 108 mbps?

3.) If I go the wired route, any good small DSL routers that will do the job?

I know that if u go to Xbox.com they have a list of compatible routers that work with the xbox. I have the Linksys befw11s4 its a 802.11b model and have no problems at all. I also just use the wired potion of it since my xbox is about 3 feet from the router. There are also some wireless devices u can buy from microsoft makes for the xbox that run around 79.99 to 119.99. Also not too sure about the WEP as I have never messed with it on the xbox.

just fyi....if you buy 108Mbps wireless, you actually have to activate the 108 yourself, it goes against some fcc regulation to sell it at 108 (saw it on techTV)
